Our Busbar Load Bank manufacturing process
We designed our load bank as a fan-cooled system with a power of 200 VDC, 400 kW, a current capacity of 2000 A and a resistance of 0.1 ohm. Its dimensions are 1300x1100x900 mm,
Voltage and Current Capacity: 200 VDC and 2000 A current capacity are suitable for testing high-power DC systems. Power Capacity: The load capacity of 400 kW will provide sufficient power for performance testing of large-scale systems.
Resistance Value
The resistance of 0.1 ohm helps to provide precise and balanced test load.
Cooling System 9 Fans
Fan Cooling
An effective fan cooling system is used to prevent the system from heating up under heavy load. Fans ensure that performance is maintained during long-term use.
Ventilation Design
The placement of the fans and the effective ventilation design increase thermal stability and support the long life of the load bank.
Physical Design - Aluminum Profile and -Galvanized Sheet
Compact Dimensions
The dimensions of approximately 1300x1100x900 mm offer a compact design for such high-power load banks.
